The correct answer is: The seventh amendment guarantees the right of a jury in some civil cases.

This amendment follows a practice of the Common Law in which some civil claims could be heard and resolved by a jury and not only by a judge, considering that that would be a way to review the case better.

Even though the amendment says that only applies to cases that exceeds a value of 20 dollars, this clause was established in the 1800s where a dollar didn't value the same as today, and even if in some states the clause might be taken literally, in most states of America the 20 dollar clause it adapts to the diversity jurisdiction in which the amount goes up to 75,000 dollars.
