The mantle is more dense, so it can not B.
Not even A , because the crust sure does contain naturally occurring radioactive material. Heat is also not efficiently transferred to the surface--most ground is cool,
so correct option is none is above that is D
hope it helps

Robert places six eggs in a pot of boiling water (100°C) and six eggs in a pot with water at 80°C. He keeps the eggs in the wate
Bad White [126]
The independent variable in this experiment is the time the experiment took. This is because both the temperature and the number of cooked eggs can be affected during the process of the experiment.

Temperature of the water can be affected by the temperature of the eggs when they are first lowered into the water. This would decrease the temperature of the water, making it a depended variable.

The number of eggs cooked can be affected by the temperature. This would mean that the number of cooked eggs could differ depending on the temperature, meaning that it is a dependent variable.

Blood is often collected in what capillary tubes rather than plain capillary tubes to prevent clotting of the blood
motikmotik
The blood is collected in heparinized capillary tubes to prevent clotting. Heparin is a blood thinner and this anticoagulant is produced naturally by mast cells and basophils. But heparin can not dissolve or break the preformed clots.

How do the nervous system and endocrine system work together? apex?
jek_recluse [69]
The nervous and the endocrine system are tightly linked together.
The main reason for this linkage is due to the connection of the hypothalamus (nervous system) and the hypophysis (a gland in the endocrine system)
The hypophysis is the ''controller'' of all of the other endocrine glands.
The connection between the hypothalamus and the hypophysis enables the nervous system to control the hormone levels of all of the major endocrine glands in the body.
The hypothalamus releases hormones into the bloodstream that leads to the hypophysis. These hormones induce a release of hypophysis hormones that enter the bloodstream and when they reach the target gland (for example pancreas) these hormones induce the release of the hormones of that gland (in the case of the pancreas, insulin).
The hypothalamus monitors the concentration of hormones in the blood, and a high level of a certain hormone blocks the release of the hypothalamus' hormones. Therefore, a high level of insulin blocks a cascade of hormone release that starts in the hypothalamus that leads to its release in the pancreas.
