What are the similarities and differences between the 19th amendment and the 15th amendment?

Basically, the 15th amendment says the government can't deny a citizen based on the citizens race, color, or previous condition of servitude. similarly, the 19th amendment states that any US citizen to be denied the right to vote based on sex.

The majority party appoints committee chairpersons and members, decides on the size of the committees as well as sets the agenda for major legislation. If the majority party does not think a piece of legislation is important, it will not go before the house to be debated and voted on. The majority party is incredibly powerful and is virtually able to control the House.

  2. Each country participating in the war needs to pay a fine of 5-10 million dollars to pay for any damages caused in the war (must be distributed equally amongst each country impacted by the war)
  3. Each country must cut its army to 100,000 men
  4. Each country is only allowed to own 6 dreadnoughts, no submarines, and no air forces
