The ""normal"" high temperature for a given day is determined from the ____ averaged high temperature for that day. a. 30-year b
Sunny_sXe [5.5K]

Answer: 30 year

Explanation:

The normal high temperature for a given day determined by the temperature of a place averaged over a period of time, often 30 years. This is also described as climate information. Climate information includes the statistical weather information that tells us about the normal weather, and also the range of weather extremes for a location. Most weather forecasters rely of past weather to predict the normal high temperature of a given day.

The average high or low temperature is the normalized high or low temperature for at least a 30 year period. Therefore, an average high is a statistical average. Records need to be kept at least 30 years for an average high temperature, for the information to be statistically meaningful.

Mountain range that runs through central italy
Artist 52 [7]

Answer:

Apennines Mountain Range

Explanation:

Italy's landscape is dominated by one physical feature in most of the country, and that is the Apennines Mountain Range. This mountain range runs through the central part of the country, being parallel with the stretching of the western and eastern coastlines. Because it is the most marking feature in the peninsula, the peninsula got its name after it. The Apennines are very long mountain range for European standards, stretching for 1,200 km, from the Ligurian Alps in the northwest, to Reggio di Calabria in the southeast. This mountain range is divided into three parts, northern, central, and southern. The highest point of these mountains is 2,912 meters.

Someone has some geography notes or summaries about Italy ? Thanks to everyone
Nadya [2.5K]

Answer:

Hi again! Here are my notes on Italy from my geography class last year:

Geography of Italy

Italy is a boot-shaped country to the south of the nations of France, Austria, Slovenia, and Switzerland. Sharing a Mediterranean culture with the Greeks, the Romans built on and borrowed from the Greek advances in civilization. Rome was the capital of what would become a far-reaching empire that would spread these ideas around the known world 1500-2000 years ago. Ideas like trial by jury, judges, plaintiffs, and defendants in court systems came from Rome. Engineering of architecture, roads, aqueducts, Roman baths, and the formation of the Catholic religion all came from the Roman culture. Art, music, literature, and the sciences were all made more sound by the Renaissance, which started in Rome and influenced the world. Along with Greece, Italy is part of the European Union, and its economy is based on textiles and industrial products.
