<span>Viceroyalties are known as country’s political and administration institution that is local and viceroy is regal head of a state, country or any province. Spain is the country in Europe that created two viceroyalties in the new world. King Charles V is the first Viceroy of Spain and Ferdinand VII is the other one.</span>
