WELL ART IS VERY COMPLEX. I DONT UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION COMPLETELY BUT THE FIRST TIME THAT U DRAW SOMETHING THAT DRAWING IS GOING TO BE BETTER THEN THE SECOND TIME U DRAW IT. YOU NEED TO FOCUS MAYBE PUT MUSIC ON . I PAINT AND I LISTEN TO CALMING MUSIC AND JUST TAKE MY TIME. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS NOT TO RUSH IF YOUR TIRED AND JUST WANT TO BE DONE WITH YOUR PROJECT OR WHATEVER U MIGHT END UP RUINING IT SO JUST PUT IT AWAY AND DO IT LATER

Answer:

Yes of course. We already have devices that can read facial expressions and respond to them. At some point technology will evolve to the point that it will understand hand signs as well. It can be used to support a conversation with someone who is hard of hearing, or teach people how to sign in ASL without an actual teacher.
