Divide = $\frac{1}{4}$ ÷ $\frac{2}{1}$
Since we are multiplying we use reciprocal 

Multiply = $\frac{1}{4}$ X $\frac{1}{2}$

1 x 1 = 1

4 x 2 = 8

Answer = $\frac{1}{8}$
