The volume of the cone is calculated in almost the same way as a cylinder (One-Third*Pi*Radius Squared* Height= Vol. of cone). 12 cm * 9 cm * pi * 1/3 = 113.1 per Ice Cream Cone. Now we find out how many ice cream cones we need. 1696.4 / 113.1 = 14.999
