Individuals' opinions don't carry the same weight. It's the opinions of the majority of the decision makers that count, not that of all people. Lastly, the fourth proposal can't hold true. Basing ourselves on the previous point, if only the voice of the majority speaks, then the minority can't be decisive in an election.
