Hi there! Obviously rapid breathing is not considered a healthy alternative to cut cravings. This is because it will speed up your heart rate. Most people practice holding their breath (through the nose) and slowly releasing air through your mouth. This will clear your mind and get air into your lungs letting yourself make a better decision in this example, cutting cravings. Thank you so much and I really hope this makes sense to help you!

What are the three factors that determine
siniylev [52]

Answer:

The three factors that determine the level of cellular injury that occurs during an insult are duration, severity and ischemia.

Therefore, the correct answer to the question is option A.

Explanation:

Ischemia is a disorder that happens when there is scarcity of oxygen in the blood which results and list supply of oxygenated blood to the tissues. If the supply of blood is less to the tissue, the tissues are unable to perform the work at a faster rate.

If the duration of this is more it will be more problematic for the person who is suffering from it. Rather than this, severity also plays an important role for the injury caused by it.
