Hi there! Obviously rapid breathing is not considered a healthy alternative to cut cravings. This is because it will speed up your heart rate. Most people practice holding their breath (through the nose) and slowly releasing air through your mouth. This will clear your mind and get air into your lungs letting yourself make a better decision in this example, cutting cravings. Thank you so much and I really hope this makes sense to help you!
