I would say that satire, or satirical drama ridicules or exposes the faults of individuals or groups through humor and even mean jokes.
I hate to say this, but I think I would have to go with Thomas Putnam. This character used his power and influence to do bad so to speak. If you remember he used his status to accuse people of witchcraft and then would buy those people's land once they were executed. Depending on where one might stand politically some would see Obama as using his power for bad.
