♡ The Question/Task(s)! ♡

✦ || Why does the author repeat the stanza shown, what does this represent?

︶꒦︶꒷︶︶ʚ♡ɞ︶︶꒷︶꒦︶

♡ The Answer(s)! ♡

✦ || The answer is, "C. To show that the caged bird sings because he is unhappy to be trapped in a cage and doesn't know freedom."

I apologize in advance if the answer is incorrect! ♡

︶꒦︶꒷︶︶ʚ♡ɞ︶︶꒷︶꒦︶

♡ The Explanation(s)/Step-By-Step! ♡

✦ || The poem's figurative language involves metaphors, and symbolism! The lines, "The caged bird sings with a fearful trill of things unknown but longed for still, and his tune is heard on the distant hill for the caged bird sings of freedom", represents symbolism. Viewing the lines carefully, we can see it mentions, "fearful", fear is categorized as a negative emotion, which in other words, negative is also known as, 'unhappy'. We can tell that he's unhappy due to him having no freedom. Since he's trapped in a cage, as it mentions, "The caged bird sings of freedom", he was either happily singing from being freed at the end, or is singing for his desired freedom wishing for somebody to hear, and save him!

︶꒦︶꒷︶︶ʚ♡ɞ︶︶꒷︶꒦︶

♡ Tip(s)! ♡

✦ || I recommend reading each word, and inspecting the answer choices, trying to figure out which one adds up in story-wise, the most! Which includes meaning, symbolism, and possibly using metaphors or similes!ヽ(>∀<☆)ノ
