Answer: - the chain reaction must be controlled at all times without proper cooling the reactor will overheat

- radiations leaks can cause death and destruction to nearby life.

Nuclear reaction sites generate energy in the form of heat by utilizing a nuclear reactor. In thermal power station nuclear reactors are used to generate heat which is used to produce electricity.

In a nuclear reactor continuous fission reactions takes place in which each atom absorbs energy from a radiation and gets broken down into components along with release of heat energy. As, there is simultaneous fission of many atoms more amount of heat is produced in a single event, with subsequent fission cycles the reactor can overheat which needs to be cool down as fission reactions could be destructive and high intensity radiations produce can explode the reactor.

The heat energy liberates after the process of nuclear fission are in the form of high intensity nuclear radiation. The radiation leaks may lead to explosion in the form of air blast effects. These can generate high intensity shock waves which can rupture the eardrums and lungs of humans and animals. These can be responsible for collapsing of buildings. These radiations can cause external injuries and may also result in inducing mutations in living organisms.

Using the __________ system, kingdoms are grouped based on cell structure and type, while the __________ system groups major tax
Eddi Din [679]

Given what we know, we can confirm that using the using the Whitaker system, kingdoms are grouped based on cell structure and type, while the whoese-fox system groups major taxonomic groups into three major domains.

What is the Whitaker system?

 • The Whitaker system is a classification system to order and organize the diverse biological life found on Earth.
 • This is the most commonly-known system which orders organisms into the 5 kingdoms.

What is the Whoese-fox system?

 • This is a much less popular system of classification for biological life.
 • It is considered to be much less specific, containing only 3 groupings.

Therefore, we can confirm that based on the statement, the spaces missing correspond to the scientists for who the systems are named after, which are Whitaker and Whoese-fox.

Why must cells perform mitosis
Sveta_85 [38]
The main functions of Mitosis are growth and repair.
Cells must perform this to where they can grow or repair. Some cells you cannot regrow nor repair because they are already fully mature, you'll just halve to take care of them.
