y=mx+b


6y-12=14x          <em>add 12 to both sides</em>

6y=14x+12      <em>divide both sides by 6</em>

y=\dfrac{14}{6}x+\dfrac{12}{6}\\\\\boxed{y=\dfrac{7}{3}x+2}
