Vaccination-  Epidemic diseases are controlled through vaccination.Thus, updated vaccination will help control the risk of contacting the disease.

Food Preparation- Food born disease like Typhoid can be be controlled through clean and proper food preparation. Cooking food thoroughly can also help kill bacteria present in the food that is vulnerable to heat.

Hygiene and Sanitation- Poor hygiene can lead to human contact disease like of Amoeba.Proper hand washing procedure would help control the contamination. Provision of Sanitation facilities is also important like hand washing area and comfort rooms.
