Martin Luther King worked for that all people could have their rights in America, regardless of the race. He could have the attention he wanted. He brought publicity for civil rights, talked about the importance of civil rights without violence.

His voice was listened for many people in many places in the world, and he is still a big symbol for black people.

Pavarana--This date marks the end of the intensive practice Buddha endured.

Kathina--Donations especially robes are given to monks to express gratitude.
