It was earlier introduced to Lake Victoria but after sometime it was evaluated that native fishes got extinct and the Nile Perch become very huge in size.

2. The cotton whitefly: Cotton whitefly are native to India but now can be found on most of the continents and have very bad impact on the fauna or agricultural plants. They have capability of transmitting upto 100 different plant viruses. find them thriving

3. The desert locust: The desert locust is a species of locust which can fly and are one of the most disastrous migratory pests in the world. They feed over green green vegetation, including pasture, crops and fodder. They have very bad impact on native flora as they are migratory pests. Plants use carbohydrates to build things such as cellulose. How do plants acquire these building blocks to build mass?
koban [17]
I believe the correct response would be C. Plants acquire carbohydrates by producing them through the process of photosynthesis. This allows plants to then use the formed carbohydrates to build structural polymers, such as cellulose.

A group of students wanted to compare the rate of respiration in four different fruits, as well as in tomatoes.
Brilliant_brown [7]

In this case, the dependent variable is the rate of respiration, the independent variable is the type of plant (either fruit or tomatoes), whereas a fixed variable may be the temperature.

What is a dependent variable?

A dependent variable is any type of experimental condition that is modified during the experiment.

Conversely, independent variables do not change along the experimental procedure (e.g., type of plant).

Finally, a fixed variable, also known as a control variable, is any condition that remains stable during the experimental procedure (in this case, for example, room ambient temperature).

In conclusion, the dependent variable is the rate of respiration.
