Help with idea for Marbury v Madison case skit.

If I was developing a skip on Marbury v. Madison, I would begin by having two parties try to argue their case.

And then have Chief Justice Marshall interrupt them, lead them off the stage into historical oblivion, and proceed to talk about judicial review.
