so to do this exercise you're going to want to lie down on the floor make sure your upper back doesn't move anywhere and that when you lift your legs up off the floor from the ground that you're going to stop when your legs get up to a vertical angle, at that point you're going to want to lift your pelvis off the floor and drive your heels to the ceiling, hold that position for one to two seconds, come back down, and put your legs down in the starting position and come back up and repeat, all of this is in a slow controlled manner, thank you.
