3.by assuming and exercising a power of dispensing with and suspending of laws and the execution of laws without consent of Parliament;
4.by levying taxes for the use of the Crown by pretence of prerogative as if the same was granted by Parliament;

- Reduced the power of the crown and banned the monarchy from establishing courts or laws

- Required an act of Parliament to raise taxes

- Protected Parliament from any retaliation from the crown when it petitioned something from the crown

- Illegal to keep a standing army when the times were peaceful unless the Parliament gave permission

- All citizens have the right to bear arms
