Answer: $6,834

Explanation:

Given the following ;

Cash flow to creditors = $30,026

Operating Cashflow = $67,603

Net capital spending = $28,760

Beginning net working capital = $11,917

Ending working capital = $13,900

Therefore,

Net working capital = Ending working capital - beginning working capital

Net working capital = $(13,900 - 11,917) = $1,983

Cashflow from asset = (operating Cashflow - Net capital spending - net working capital)

Cashflow from asset = $67,603 - $28,760 - $1,983 = $36,860

Therefore,

Company's Cashflow to stockholders during the year = (Cashflow from asset - Cashflow to creditors)

$36,860 - $30,026 = $6,834

A firm acts as a rational decision maker when its leaders decide to do which of the following?
serg [7]

Answer:

b) Cut hours and workers in order to minimize costs

Explanation:

Rational decision making is the process by which a business manager analyses different factors and outcomes before choosing a particular line of action.

The manager will have to choose between alternative options that are available.

In the given instances only the option to cut hours and workers in a bid to reduce cost shows the manager made a decision to achieve a goal (cost reduction).

The other options do not define a clear business goal and a strategy to achieve it

Answer:

A. polychronic

Explanation:

Polychronic. Here, they believe in doing multiple tasks at a time complementing the monochronic culture.

Polychronic cultures like to do multiple things at the same time. A manager's office in a polychronic culture typically has an open door, a ringing phone and a meeting all going on at the same time. Though they can be easily distracted they also tend to manage interruptions well with a willingness to change plans often and easily. People are their main concern (particularly those closely related to them or their function) and they have a tendency to build lifetime relationships. Issues such as promptness are firmly based on the relationship rather than the task and objectives are more like desirable outcomes than must do's.

A company wants to set up operations in a country with the following corporate tax rate structure: Taxable Income Tax Rate <$
Gre4nikov [31]

Answer:The company should pay $3,000 in taxes

Explanation:

Taxable Income= Gross Revenues -Total cost- Allowable Deduction

=$ 500,000 –$ 450,000 - $30,000=  $20,000

Gross Tax Liability=Given that the  taxable income and tax rate as

<$50,000--- 15%

$50,000 - $75,000 ----25%

$75,000 - $100,000----34%

>$100,000----- 39%

Our calculate taxable income is less than <50,000, ie $20,000 from our Gross revenue

The  gross tax liability, will now be  15% of $20,000=0.15 x 20,000= $3000

The company should pay $3,000 in taxes
