Forests are invaluable natural resources of an economy and they have enormous contributions to mankind. Forest fires are also called wildfires as they are uncontrolled fires and can be triggered due to natural or man-made events.

The forest fires consume the entire natural vegetation and habitat of wildlife. They are maybe created by the rubbing of trees amongst each other and may occur due to the lightning, volcanic eruptions, and dry climate.

The human cause of the wildfires includes the discarded sigrates, power lines, and spreads form equipment. It can also be started due to the shifting cultivation, where land is cleared.

Example of slash and burn cultivation, and impacts of climate such as droughts and heatwaves.
