Well, one of the most effective and less time consuming is just walking around the house or up and down the stairs.  It's really easy since we basically do it all the time and it will help you loose weight. This will help with your lower part of the body.

Another are pull ups. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS PROPERLY! Because it can do permanent damage to your neck.  All you're doing is lifting your upper back up which, if done correctly, will strengthen your core muscels.

Last but not least are push ups or pull ups.  They bother will help strengthen your arms.

Make sure with all of these that you don't over do the amount of excersize.  I don't know what your body is like at the moment so I can garentee how long it will take to loose weight.
