Answer:

The client

Explanation:

We can consider that primary information is nothing more than the source of the information, ie the exact place where all other necessary information will be taken. Based on this, we can state that if the nurse wants to update the client's health history, she will have to look for the client's necessary information, because she is the one who knows the new data that needs to enter her health history. With this, we can conclude that the customer represents the primary information, as it will be the source of all necessary information.

Why does sleeping on your back cause sleep paralysis
faust18 [17]

Answer:

When you sleep on your back, you may be more likely to be aroused from sleep or wake up during the dream phase, due to things like snoring and undiagnosed obstructive sleep apnea. The following can also increase your chances of experiencing sleep paralysis and hypnagogic or hypnopompic hallucinations: stress or anxiety.

What is your biggest fear and why

You have to explain
Valentin [98]
I think one of my biggest fear is being forgotten. I know it will eventually happen but the idea of dying and the world (world as in my family and friends) will just mourn me for a couple of weeks and then move and eventually a whole new generation starts is scary. I don’t think I plan on ever making an impact on the world but the fact that someone will pass by my gravestone and I’ll just be another random name with a time of birth and death is sad and makes me feel uneasy.
