Why is man a special creature? What to words does he share in.
hjlf

Of all known creatures, man is truly unique and special due to the following attributes.

1. The human brain has qualities that have no parallel in the animal world. The evidence of this is man's outstanding mental capabilities.

2. Man is the only creature that is fully bi-pedal. He can walk upright due to the special structure of his spine and therefore his hands are not necessarily required for locomotion but are free to carry out other purposes.

3. Man is the only creature that possesses the faculty of speech. His creative communication by means of his vocal system is utterly different from those that other animals have.

4. Man is the only creature that can outstandingly express emotion. Some of the animals seem to be able to do the same but they can only do so to a very minimal degree as compared with man.

When the united states decided to build a canal across central america, panama was an independent nation.a part of spain.a part
Mkey [24]

Answer: When the United States decided to build a canal across Central America, Panama was a part of Colombia.

Explanation: During Theodore Roosevelt's second term, the United States decided that they needed to build a canal across Central America in order for the American ships to travel more quickly. In that time, Panama was a part of Colombia; therefore, the United States had to negotiate with Colombia in order to get permission to build the canal. When the Senate of Colombia denied this permission, the United States sent warships to Panama and convinced people from Panama to rebel against Colombia and fight for their independence. In 1903, Panama declared its independence, which benefited the United States since Panamanians finally allowed the U.S. to build the Panama Canal. The Panama Canal connects the Atlantic Ocean with the Pacific Ocean and it cuts across the Isthmus of Panama.
