What languages did Johannes Gutenberg speak

History

Answer:

Chinese, Germen, English

Explanation:

Although printing was first invented in China, Johannes Gutenberg invented the European moveable type printing press in Germany sometime between the late 1430s and early 1440s.He is, of course, the namesake of his most famous book—the Gutenberg Bible, printed in 1452. The Gutenberg Bible, also called the 42-line Bible because each page has 42 lines of text, was one of the first books to be printed in mass production using movable type. Although mass production in this sense still means fewer than 200 identical copies, Gutenberg's printing made the Bible more affordable than the handwritten copies available at the time, which could take more than a year to produce. The Gutenberg Bible is the most famous book published by Gutenberg, but researchers believe he printed other books earlier, possibly Latin grammar schoolbooks.Gutenberg's printing process was revolutionary and heralded in the age of printed books and the Renaissance. His first innovation was a way to efficiently cast individual letters out of metal. When using moveable type, printers have sets of individual metal letters and symbols that they place one at a time to make the template for printing each page. And, of course, everything has to be set in a mirror image of what the final page should look like, so it isn't as straightforward as typing letter-by-letter on a typewriter or computer. This process of creating books with moveable letters made editing printed books possible in a way that hadn't been possible before. For example, in the earliest printings of the Gutenberg Bible, the first few pages were printed with only 40 lines of type. It was only in the later printings that pages had 42 lines of type. Gutenberg presumably reduced the spacing between lines so he could squeeze in more text and save paper.

Some historians have suggested the Executive Office of the President has led to a more powerful presidency, replacing policymaki
Solnce55 [7]

Answer:

- The plan took away power belonging to the Cabinet.

- The plan increased the powers of the presidency

- The plan created less accountability to the Senate

Explanation:

According to the question, the key reasons due to which the people may have objected to the 'Reorganization Act of 1939' include that 'this plan withdrew the cabinet's power' by 'increasing the authorities of the President' and 'reducing the senate's responsibility.' People believed that the powers must be divided in such a manner that no one takes the sole authority and more power over the other as it could be misused because this plan allowed the presidency to reform its executive branch and also recruit secret staff.

Which of these documents do you believe is the most reliable source of
Maksim231197 [3]

The most reliable resources are the primary resources that were written or produced by a person who lived through the event

The Middle Passage is a term to refer to the stage of triangular commerce. This route had three stops that were:

  • Ships left Europe for African markets with manufactured products, which were exchanged for African slaves that were brought to America.
  • Once in America, slaves were traded or sold for natural resources and raw materials.
  • The last stage of the route was to bring raw materials and natural resources to Europe to make new objects.

Important aspects to know about the operation of these routes were the diaries or chronicles written by the navigators that served as primary sources of information on this subject.

Another primary source is the official documents of the ports from which the ships left, where the trips and their purposes were recorded. Also, the narratives or written records of slaves that were brought to America during this time are a reliable source of information.

Additionally, there are secondary and tertiary information sources that allow us to know this time from the point of view of a historian or other specialist based on the interpretation and analysis of documents and primary sources.

Note: This question is incomplete because the options are missing. However, it can be answered based on my knowledge.
