1.) a human should get  7 to 9 hours a night for the best amount of sleep.

2.) a pug should sleep up to 16-18 hours a day.

3.) a baby should sleep  about 8 to 9 hours in the daytime and a total of   about 8 hours at night.

No standard criteria or legal definitions classify any food as a superfood at this time. However, most superfoods are plant-based.

What are superfoods?

Acai berries are known to contain several different amino acids and antioxidants.

Superfoods are foods that have a very high nutritional density. This means that they provide a substantial amount of nutrients and very few calories.

They contain a high volume of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants.

Antioxidants are natural molecules that occur in certain foods. They help neutralize free radicals in our bodies. Free radicals are natural byproducts of energy production that can wreak havoc on the body.

Music has a very strange, psychological effect on people. Honestly, music is what keeps me trucking through school. But usually theres only a couple ways to get people to want to do something. One is Almost like mass hysteria, if you surround them with people who are excited to play the sport, and get them in a chant, they're going to get "pumped" to do it as well. To my knowledge, the other I wanted to cover, is music. If you've ever been on Spotify, you'll see they have "Work-out playlists." This is supposed to "hype you up" to power through the pain, just like if you wanted to relax you'd listen to classical, or orchestra music.
