Stress can cause depression, anxiety, and health problems. When you are stressed out you can't sleep and don't want to eat. Your body shuts down and you can have serious health problems such as stroke, heart attack and much more.

If you do strength training regularly you do not need to do cardio exercises to maintain good health
Solnce55 [7]

Answer:

The statement is "False."

Explanation:

Doing cardiovascular exercise is essential as doing strength training. Both have different targets. Strength training targets the muscles of the body. It promotes bone growth and makes you stronger. On the other hand, cardio exercise targets the heart rate. The more the heart pumps, the more oxygen the blood receives in the body.

Strength training gives you an afterburn effect that allows you to keep burning calories even after you workout, while cardio exercise allows you to burn more calories in a shorter span time–especially when you're doing high-intensity exercise.

Clearly, both strength training and cardio exercise are essential.
