Answer:

Alex needs to practice constantly to be able to reach his goal.

Explanation:

To be a good surfer takes a lot of time, strong will, determination, and dedication. It also requires a lot of upper body strength and endurance. So l would advice Alex to start practicing everyday at least 2 hours daily on the beginners waves to help him get familiar with the waves. In order for Alex to catch the best waves, he needs an instructor or a teacher who can help him practice to become a better surfer and achieve his goal. Alex will also need to learn how to master the act of lying and balancing on a surfboard effectively to help him balance steadily on the surfboard when he stands on it to catch a wave.

Crazy boy [7]

Answer:

The following statement does not reflect a likely response to the conflict between Jo’s attitude and her behavior - <em>"It's wrong to break even minor laws, but I'll probably keep speeding anyway."</em>

Explanation:

<u>The conflict between Jo’s attitude and her behavior</u> regarding breaking speed limits <u>would lead to cognitive dissonance and thus a need to justify her behavior.</u>

All three remaining statements would help her to reduce cognitive dissonance by finding explanation to her behavior, <u>while the given statement does not correspond to her belief that she is a law-abiding citizen.</u> Being law-abiding means taking the laws and their violation seriously. That is why individuals who sometimes violate laws feel bad about it and seek to justify what they do.

The Great Depression, joined with the Dust Bowl, annihilated numerous homesteads and left a huge number of Oklahomans jobless. Dry seasons and high breezes were slippery on occasion, and because of the conditions in Oklahoma, over 15% of Oklahomans moved to California. A portion of the hardest hit regions were in country Oklahoma. Shanty towns, otherwise called shacktowns, jumped up close numerous urban areas during the Great Depression.

Gelneren [198K]

Answer:

b. faster

Explanation:

When we are driving, there's usually a speed limit depending on the road we are. This speed limit is there to ensure our safety and the safety of the people in other vehicles.

When we encounter a sudden obstacle in the road, if we are driving fast, it will take us longer to stop and the force of the collision will be greater than if we're driving slower.

Therefore, the faster you drive, the longer it takes to stop, the less you can see, and the greater the force of impact if you are involved in a collision.
