Answer:

Short-term memory: short-term memory is responsible for storing the information for a short time that we will not need in the future since it has as properties that its capacity is limited and for a short time. Likewise, short-term memory can only remember or retrieve the information of 7 elements with the variation of two parts already decreasing or increasing.

Long-term memory: this memory is responsible for storing unlimited information for a long time, long-term memory is what helps us to perform daily tasks and automatically since it is accountable for storing skills and facts when A job is done and retrieve those memories later.

Procedural Memory: this is responsible for storing all the steps or processes that we must perform to do a task since this memory is responsible for recovering all the necessary motor and executive memories.

Semantic Memory: semantic memory is responsible for storing all the conceptual or factual information of what we are learning; this memory is essential to help us understand the environment in which we live and people. Semantic memory helps us to think abstractly and to form the concepts necessary for language development.

Episodic Memory: this memory is responsible for storing and processing the information of memories lived during our lives, begins its development in childhood, and reaches its maximum development in adulthood. Episodic memory and semantic memory form declarative memory.

Explanation:

In Steven's case he wants to teach Mary to play Cribbage, which is a game that he learned at 10, so Steve tries to recover a memory so that in this situation the long-term memory that is responsible for storing the information for all these years, the episodic memory that has the function of storing all the resources. It also uses the procedural memory that is responsible for saving all the information of the processes such as playing cribbage, the semantic memory that is then responsible for storing all the concepts that Steve learns, or learned.

And finally, the short-term memory that has the first function because it was the one that Steven used to save the information first and then pass it to the long-term memory.

After doing the whole process of remembering, you can put your knowledge into practice in the cribbage to explain to Mary.

<em>I hope this information can help you.</em>

One of the most significant effects of rhetoric like that used here was A) widespread opposition to the Civil War. B) increased
Triss [41]

Answer:

D). Increased sectional divisions between the north and south.

Explanation:

As per the question, one of the most significant impacts of rhetoric similar to here is the 'increased sectional divisions between the north and south' as it convinces people through using an effective and persuasive language.  In the given excerpt, <u>the language adopted by the speaker invokes the audience to believe that 'it is a great and dangerous error to suppose that all people are equally entitled to liberty.'</u>

The claim is logically supplemented by various rhetoric tools(in the language) that convinced the people that 'liberty is a reward to be earned, not a blessing to be gratuitously lavished... people too ignorant, degraded and vicious to be capable either of appreciating or of enjoying it.' Thus, the language like this contributed to encourage the widening of the rift between the north and south. Therefore, <u>option D</u> is the correct answer.
