I need ideas about why authenticity and self-awareness is not valued in the same way in school

English

It's not "valued" because nobody really wants to stand out, they would rather blend in either to fit in or for anxiety problems. Authenticity and self-awareness are factors that older teens to adults realize is what makes them themselves and special. Most teens in school don't have self-awareness, most due to stress/anxiety/ect and isn't really of interest at that age.

I hope I helped in some way, if you need a follow up, let me know! xx
