Why do people bully kids? Because they  was bully at one time. So they start bully to  get back at that person. Sometimes bully kids also because they jealous at them at the way they dress have their hair.

Normally, A bully is someone who has been bullied themself. Sometimes they will let their emotions out on other kids who don's deserve it based on what may be happening in their life.
