Explanation:

the sons of liberty did the Boston Tea Party which who Samuel Adams is the leader of, i think that he is most responsible. But I doubt it, I think that the British Parliament (Government) caused it because The Sons of Liberty was formed because of The Stamp Act which was started by the British Parliament itself.
