The most significant achievement of the Zhou Dynasty was the development of the Chinese philosophies, including Confucianism, Daoism, and Legalism.

The Zhou Dynasty was the longest-lasted ancient Chinese dynasties that existed from 1046 to 256 BCE. Zhou Dynasty was considered to be the origin of the philosophy of ancient china. These philosophical ideas have changed people socially and politically.

They Introduced Confucianism, legalism, and Daoism which were considered to be the most unique and signification achievement of the Zhou dynasty. These ideas reunited the empire and restored order in the society.

Confucianism: Idea - ethical behavior of people and commitment towards the family, Result -  Better society. Daoism: Idea - creating and living world with harmony, Result - People can live with peace and can find contentment. Legalism: Idea - strict rules and punishment for people whose conduct is evil by nature, Result - restoring order in society.
