Answer:

The actions of the Republican Party after the Civil War were more favorable to Northern industrial interests.

Explanation:

The post-Civil War period, known as Reconstruction, was a process that lasted from 1865 to 1877, in which African Americans were inserted into the free life, granting them civil and political rights; as well as the southern states were reintegrated to the United States.

This process was directed exclusively by the Republican Party, due to the participation of the Democrats in the secession of the southern Confederation.

Due to the fact that the Republican Party had its mass of voters established in the north of the country, and that it had as a country model an industrialized and commercial country, its policies during the Reconstruction tended to favor the people of the north to establish themselves in the south to try to establish industries. These people were derogatory called "carpetbaggers", and were not well received by Southerners.

Why did Hamilton convince congress to pass federal assumption
natima [27]
Hamilton wanted a new national government that had completed political authority. He just like to state government I believe that they should be eliminated entirely. In fact, Hamilton believed that the perfect union would be one in which there was no states at all. At the same time, however, Hamilton realized that illuminating the states was impossible, at least at the Philadelphia convention, because there were too many other Americans who favorite the rights of the state over the states national government.
Hamilton drafted a proposal for a new national government that would centralize power but still allow states to retain many of the right and individually.

Why might the court's interpretation of a certain amendment or civil liberty change over time?
marshall27 [118]
Answer: Civil liberties are the restraints on government found in the Bill of Rights and the "Due Process" Clause of the 14th Amendment Civil liberties are primarily concerned with individual freedoms The Bill of Rights might have been more appropriately called the Bill of Liberties. While the seven articles of the Constitution express what the government /can/ do, the ten amendments contained in the Bill of Rights express what the government /cannot/ do.

Describe how american writers composers and artists broke away from european traditions in the 1920s
nexus9112 [7]

The 1920s in America were the period of the famous Roaring Twenties. Also called the Jazz age, this was the period of jazz, art deco, southern renaissance, surrealism and many more styles and movements but at the same time the American artists moved from the European tradition by becoming more political, commenting on social issues and describing the problems of both low and high social classes.
