My best suggestion would be to plan things out in a way you most like. For me, that means I have a wipe board with colorful markers to write out my daily assignments. This also is super satisfying to erase assignments when I complete them.
For the depression, I suggest taking breaks that are full of self care. This could be meditation, drinking warm tea, skincare, yoga, going for a run, etc.
