I would say how the shirt looks on you. If you buy the shirt just because you like the print or color, you still might not end up liking it on you. And liking it based on price won't last very long because there are plenty of cheap shirts that are not attractive.

In my opinion, all the alternatives should be considered in order to determine your preference for a new shirt. In addition to this, I consider that all those factor should be prioritized in order to make it more reasonable for a consumer.

Usually, consumers are driven mainly by the cost of the shirt due to the fact that you can love the shirt but it is importan to know if you can afford it or not. The second factor to take into account would be  B and C , the color and the design on the shirt. Once the item captured your attention, you try it on, and if it looks good on you (option D), you take it.
