I believe the answer is:

B) Senators are elected for a six-year term.

Eeach states can choose two senators to represent them, and every 3 years they have face the electorate again.

C) The leader of the House of Representatives is called the Speaker of the House.

The speaker of the house tend to be one of the people that truly know president's plan in the long run, and is the person that connect the president with the citizens

E)Once a bill passes the House, it goes directly to the President to sign into law or to veto.

In order to be passes, the bill had to obtain around 2/3 of votes in the congress, but it would not be actualized until the president signed the bill and instruct executive branch's workers to put the bill in motion.
