Answer:

The rate of natural increase in the slave population had more than made up for the ban on the international slave trade that was enacted in the year 1808.

Explanation:

This is a true statement about the South and slavery in nineteenth-century America. In 1808, the ban on the international slave trade was enacted. This meant that Africans could no longer be taken from Africa and transported to America to become slaves. However, by this point in time, the slave population in the South was very large, and the rate of natural increase in this population more than compensated for the ban.

Is government a state of lawlessness and disorder is considered
alex41 [277]
It is considered anarchy. Because it means a state of no law which allows people to do whatever they want. The government tries to prevent this from happening but it occurs in some small areas. A slight example would be in Ferguson, Missouri in the U.S in which rioters burned buildings and looted stores. That is a form of anarchy, especially if police are not in those areas at the time.

What effect did the withdrawal of American troops have on South Vietnam?
sammy [17]

Answer:South Vietnam was overtaken by North Vietnam, and Vietnam became a single communist nation.

Explanation:

The US had been supporting South Vietnam against the communist North Vietnam.  Ultimately, US President Richard Nixon proposed drawing down US involvement in the war and seeking "peace with honor," as he put it.

Once the US forces withdrew (after a long, unsuccessful struggle), it was too late for the South Vietnamese to stave off the victory of the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong forces.  The US withdrew its forces from Vietnam in 1973.  By 1975, Saigon, the capital of South Vietnam, fell to the North Vietnamese communist forces.  South Vietnam unconditionally surrendered to North Vietnam on April 30, 1975.  All of Vietnam became united under communist control.
