Answer:

Education in the Soviet Union was guaranteed as a constitutional right to all people provided through state schools and universities. The education system which emerged after the establishment of the Soviet Union in 1922 became internationally renowned for its successes in eradicating illiteracy and cultivating a highly educated population. Its advantages were total access for all citizens and post-education employment. Who was to blame for the sinking of the battleship maine?
qwelly [4]

While the perpetrator still remains unknown, the US blamed Spain for the explosion, as relations between the two countries were strained over how Spain was mistreating it's colonies in Cuba. This led to the Spanish-American War, which was a US victory that led to the takeover of the Philippines and Cuba from Spain.

Plz help! (will make brainliest!)
Paha777 [63]

Answer: 1) Moisture Retainment 2) The Ability To Borough Underground <3

Explanation: If a drought were to occur, an organism who has an adaptation for moisture retainment would be the most likely to survive. This is because they will be able to survive the lack of water during the drought and still stay hydrated.

A good situation similar to this would be succulents in the desert. Each of them have the ability to retain high amounts of water when there is precipitation, which allows them to perform all of their needed functions in order to survive.

I hope I helped!
