Kilimanjaro can be spotted from Kenya as well as from a national park Amboseli. Kilimanjaro stands idle with an altitude of 5,895 m.
It is popularly known that the best time to climb this mountain is from January to March. Several routes exist for climbing the mountain- they are Lemosho, Machame, northern circuit, Rongai, and the Shira route.
