It is true that taking a group fitness class or cycling with others
motivates many individuals to continue exercising. If you are exercising
with your friends or family, you are more likely to continue exercising
than if you were doing it on your own. If you are alone, sometimes you
may not want to go there and train, but if you have someone going with
you, then it is a combined activity where you can spend quality time
with the people you know, as well as get in shape.
