The Sonu family is experiencing hard times and several family conflicts. The father, Javed, got a reduction in pay several month

s ago due to staffing changes at his job, which has caused him to get a second job. As a result, his two young boys have not handled it well. They are easily irritated and frustrated that life is no longer fun when compared to the past. Javed’s wife is trying to stay happy, but taking a second job to help pay the bills has negatively impacted her life. Both her and Javed are spending more time away from their family and less time taking care of family duties.
