Examples:

As far as evil people go, my vote has to go to Adolf Hitler.

 • This man brought radical bigotry to its most extreme, disgusting, logical conclusion.
 • It was precisely because of him that racism has backed down so much since then.
 • It still exists, don’t get me wrong, but he proved the sorrow & misery that come with it.
 • Because of his relentless drive to consume Europe, he motivated constant technological & economic growth. He instigated the first aerial battle in human history.
 • He had his army working on so many projects to improve their arsenal; some were good, some were not so good, but either way, his army has had a massive influence on virtually every other known to exist.
 • His Nazi employees conducted inhumane experiments that nevertheless gave us much valuable data that we still use today.
 • Hitler altered the landscape - sometimes literally, via explosive war - and redrew boundaries on a massive scale.
 • There are many ways Hitler contributed to the culture we live in today.
 • Most of his influence is bad, but we can all look at him and go, “Wow. THAT is pure evil.” So he has also shown us what to not do.
 • You could say he was evil in the way that Jesus was good, and to the same degree.
 • He was the polar opposite of Christ, and acted as an emissary of utter evil.

The First Man

 • My vote would go for the first man that developed a spear and set humanity on the road to apex predator and world domination.
 • Until that time throwing a rock may not have driven predators such as cave bears, wolves or saber toothed tigers away but the spear could hold them at bay and ensure hunting prowess against much larger game such as oxen and the mammoth.
 • Be he Neanderthal or Cro-Magnon the spear gave him the edge for continued survival.

Hope this helps you!

Have a Great Day!

What do you think the hoop represents in this passage?
7nadin3 [17]
The hoop represents a balance in nature for both human, animal, plant and the universe. The hoop is a circle, an infinite loop that goes on forever when the pieces that help create and maintain the hoop are in balance.

These balances can be represented by a familiar set of earth, wind or air, fire and water. In order for anyone of these elements to occur, they need to be in balance with one another and sometimes allow the others to flourish or grow and diminish or disappear. Such as air can help fire grow, whereas water can destroy fire.

The hoop is the balance in life. On a much more human-scale, it is the balance that people have with nature. If people hunt too many animals, there will be no animals, so while now there may be a feast for the people, in the future they will be hungry or starve. If land is over-planted or overused now, the land in the future may not produce.

The hoop represents balance in aspects of life and interaction of human beings with the world that surrounds. And also can be broken or disrupted when humans are not in balance with the world around them.

What is one difference in the way that enslaved people and indentured
natali 33 [55]
Indentured servitude differed from slavery in that it was a form of debt bondage, meaning it was an agreed upon term of unpaid labor that usually paid off the costs of the servant's immigration to America. Indentured servants were not paid wages but they were generally housed, clothed, and fed.
