Answer:

C. gains information about the long-term effects of space flight

Explanation:

An International Space Station is a laboratory that is in space and is permanently inhabited by human beings who carry out scientific studies and research of a spatial nature. Basically, this station (which orbits the earth and is the residence and place of work of several researchers) has as main objective to provide information about the planet earth and about some experiments carried out with zero gravity. However, its main purpose is to surpass long-term space travel, assessing all the defects, advantages and risks of these trips.

In your own words, explain how hiv/aids damages the immune system
Anastasy [175]

Answer:HIV attacks a specific type of immune system cell in the body. It's known as the CD4 helper cell or T cell. When HIV destroys this cell, it becomes harder for the body to fight off other infections. When HIV is left untreated, even a minor infection such as a cold can be much more severe.

The femur is the single bone of the thigh. The patella is the kneecap and articulates with the distal femur. The tibia is the larger, weight-bearing bone located on the medial side of the leg, and the fibula is the thin bone of the lateral leg. The bones of the foot are divided into three groups.

Which cell is most important for the defense against parasitic organisms ?
Murljashka [212]

I'd say, ina general way, that the most imporant cells in defense against parasitic organisms are definitely white blood cels, the cells responsible for defeating antigens, pathogens and deseases.

Although these might be the most important ones in that specific task (defending against parasitic organisms), all the cells in the immune system, along with other non-cell things are important, since they all play a specific role indispensable in our immune system.

Hope it helped,
