The nation that had the highest number of casualities from the Spanish flu pandemic in October of 1918 was the United States. Everything started in 1917, when soldiers of the United States, went to the war (1st world war), a year later when they came back, the soldiers experienced symptoms similar to the Splanish flu, in March of 1918 more than 100 soldiers got the Spanish flu at Camp Fuston in Fort Riley, Kansas. But the worst came in October of 1918, just in this month more than 195,000 americans died for having the flu. In the autumn months of 1918 the United States was the nation with most casualties caused by the Spanish flu pandemic.
