I'm not very good at math but this is probably correct.
1. 6x2 - 3 - 5x3= -6
2. 4x3 + 2x2 -8 = 8
3. -6 - 8
4. = -14

<span>Equation: (6x2 − 3 − 5x3) − (4x3 + 2x2 − 8)
Start by doing the multiplication in the parenthesis:</span><span> (12 − 3 − 15) − (12 + 4 − 8)
Next, do the addition in the parenthesis:</span> (12 − 3 − 15) − (16 − 8)
Next, subtract: (-6) − (8)
Subtract once more:  (-6) − 8 = (-14)

 (6 x 2 − 3 − 5 x 3) − (4 x 3 + 2 x 2 − 8) = (-14)

Hope this helped!

g From a distribution with mean 38 and variance 52, a sample of size 16 is taken. Let X be the mean of the sample. Show that the
Vesna [10]

Answer:

P=8.869

Step-by-step explanation:

From the question we are told that:

Mean \=x =38

Variance \sigma=52

Sample size n=16

X=(33, 43)

Generally the equation for Chebyshev's Rule  is mathematically given by

A=(1-\frac{1}{k^2})*100\%

Where

k=\frac{\=x-\mu}{\frac{\sigma}{\sqrt n}}}}

k=\frac{43-38}{\frac{52}{\sqrt 16}}}}

k=2.77

Therefore

Probability

P=(1-\frac{1}{2.77^2})

P=8.869
