The first dryer is 25 a month, so 25 times x, or 25x.

The second is 15 per month, plus an additional $710 cost, so 15x + 710. Set these equations equal to each other to find x, the amount of months where the cost of the first dryer will equal the cost of the second dryer.

25x= 710 + 15x

-15x -15x

10x=710

x=71 months

Hope this helps

Answer: 10 months

Here's how you do it: you divide 510 by 10 (510 divided by 10) and it would be 10.

Find the missing length indicated. Leave your answer in simplest radical form.
Dafna11 [192]

Answer:

C) 25

Step-by-step explanation:

First, solve for the height (red dotted line) using the Pythagorean theorem 9²+b²=15²

81+b²=225

b²=225-81

b²=12

Then set up a ratio.

x/12=9/15

simplify

x/12=3/5

cross-multiply

3x=60

x=20

This gives us the base. Now we can solve for x using the Pythagorean theorem again.

20²+15²=x²

400+225=x²

625=x²

√x²=√625

x=25

Which expression is equivalent to (2^5)^-2
irinina [24]

1/1024 is the correct answer. First you had to apply exponent rule, and it gave us, \frac{1}{(2^5)^2}, or 2^5^*^2. Then you can also refine, and it gave us, 2^10, or \frac{1}{2^10}. And it gave us the answer is 2^1^0=2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2=1024, or 1/1024 is the correct answer. Hope this helps! And thank you for posting your question at here on brainly, and have a great day. -Charlie
