For the graph's y-intercept, you can easily tell where the y-intercept is by looking at where it crosses the y-axis.

For the graph's slope, you can do rise over run (using two points).

For the table, the y-intercept is when x is 0. If there is not a point that has an x-coordinate of 0, you can find the change between the other points and work backwards.

For the table, the slope can be found using the slope formula and two points.

Slope Formula

(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

Once you have found these values, you can easily compare the two.
