Slaves were not heavily traded between Europe and West Africa prior of 1607. Even after 1607, the amount of slaves that went to Europe is small compared to those that went to the New World (Americas and Caribbean islands). Slave Trade will flourish along the Middle Passage. This was one section of the Triangular Trade routes that operated between the Americas, Europe, and Africa.

Why is it important to vote?
zimovet [89]
It is important for people to have their voices heard. A lot of people think "oh, my one vote won't matter", but because of the Electoral College, it does.

In the previous election (last year), more people didn't vote, than all the votes for Hillary Clinton and president Trump combined. Had the thousands of people that did not vote actually voted, we may have had a different outcome for this election.
Voting is a privilege. We should use it to try and get the best leaders for our country that we can.
